    Earth Breeze is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the strategic direction behind our paid social ads. What we make, why it should work, and how we improve it once it's live.

    As a Creative Strategist (reporting to the Performance Creative Manager), you'll be responsible for running the full creative testing loop from hypothesis through brief, test, learn, and scale, turning customer insight and performance data into high-converting ad concepts. You'll also play a key role in keeping creative output fresh and high-volume, collaborating closely with editors, content creators, and media buyers to fight ad fatigue and drive measurable performance gains.

    Responsibilities:

    As Creative Strategist at Earth Breeze, you will…

    • Lead your own creative testing sprint cycle, developing data-backed hypotheses and prioritizing concepts by evidence and potential impact to maintain a steady cadence of new tests
    • Generate original hooks, angles, scripts, and formats to fuel ongoing creative development
    • Write clear, actionable briefs that give creators, editors, and designers precise direction from hook to CTA
    • Mine customer reviews, comments, and competitor ads to surface insights and messaging angles that convert
    • Track hook rates, hold rates, CTR, CVR, and CPA to identify winning patterns and translate learnings into the next round of creative
    • Maintain high creative output while moving fast and iterating often to stay ahead of ad fatigue
    • Collaborate weekly with editors, content creators, and media buyers to keep creative production and testing on schedule
    • Edit and produce video content directly (using tools like Premiere or CapCut) to support fast creative turnaround

    About You:

    You have…

    • Strong direct-response instincts and a clear understanding of what makes an ad convert
    • A blend of creative taste and hands-on execution ability
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire creators and give clear, specific direction
    • A structured, analytical approach to testing and iteration
    • Strong grasp of eCommerce customer psychology and funnel thinking
    • A collaborative work style suited to working closely with editors, creators, and media buyers

    Experience & Qualifications:

    You bring…

    • 2–4 years of experience writing, editing, or leading creative strategy for paid social at a DTC/eCommerce brand or agency
    • A track record of creative that drove measurable results (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS), not just visually appealing work
    • Experience building creative briefs and running structured testing frameworks
    • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Motion, Northbeam, and Triple Whale
    • Hands-on video editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) for fast-turnaround creative
