Content Creator
Posted: 07/12/2026Earth Breeze is looking for an entry level Content Creator to bring our brand to life through engaging, on camera videos for our paid marketing campaigns. This role is based at our Kentucky factory and requires someone who is comfortable on camera, thinks strategically about what makes content perform, and can back creative decisions with data.
As a Content Creator (reporting to the Performance Creative Manager), you'll script, film, and edit short-form content that connects with audiences, highlights our eco-friendly products, and supports our growth across digital channels. You'll be expected to consistently generate new, on-trend concepts by staying plugged into what's working across the direct-to-consumer space. This is a great fit if you're early in your career, passionate about creative content, understand how advertising actually works (not just social media for its own sake), and are excited to contribute to a mission-driven brand.
Responsibilities:
As Content Creator at Earth Breeze, you will…
- Script engaging short-form video content for paid ads and social media
- Appear on camera regularly to deliver product and lifestyle content in an authentic, engaging way
- Produce a minimum of 3 net new content concepts per week at our Kentucky factory, drawing on trends and formats from other direct-to-consumer brands
- Film product and lifestyle content in various real-world settings
- Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms and ad formats
- Apply an understanding of direct-response advertising principles (not just organic social trends) to ensure content is built to perform in paid campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand voice
- Track and report on content performance to inform future concepts
About You:
You have…
- Comfort and confidence being on camera
- A strategic mindset. You think about why content works, not just how it looks
- A quantitative approach to creative, using performance data to inform what you make next
- Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere
- Strong awareness of direct-to-consumer brand trends and social media formats
- An understanding of the advertising world and how content differs when it's built for paid ads vs. organic posting
- Access to filming equipment (phone or camera) and willingness to film in various locations at the Kentucky factory
Experience & Qualifications:
You bring…
- 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a strong portfolio of creative work (professional or personal)
- Experience or demonstrated interest in creating content for advertising or paid social (not solely personal/organic content)
- Comfort being on camera, with examples of past on-camera work if available
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Drug testing may include pre-employment testing, random testing where permitted, and testing based on reasonable suspicion, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

We source safe, high-quality ingredients from the U.S., Canada, and Europe so you can feel good about every wash.
Why Work Here:
We are more than just detergent. Every purchase makes a real impact, supporting detergent donations and plastic recovery efforts nationwide. Through our Dignity Through Detergent program, we’ve donated over 300 million loads of detergent to shelters and disaster relief organizations because we believe the comfort and dignity of clean clothes is not a privilege but something everyone should have access to. Together, we’ve recovered over 1 million pounds of plastic and debris from oceans and waterways, protecting our planet and the people who call it home.
