    Our Adult Leadership Program is an outstanding opportunity every 2nd or 3rd year and for individuals seeking or executing leadership in their business or industry.  It is a 12 month program that includes full day activities.  They hear from other leaders and officials. They experience and learn about Mercer County in depth.
