We’re looking to add another special Barista who’s ready to make an impact in their community one cup at a time!

What We’re Looking For:
• Consistent Availability — Must be available to work a consistent schedule, either 6:30 AM–11:00 AM or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM through the week.
• Customer-Focused — Enjoys engaging with customers, creating genuine connections, and going the extra mile to make every guest’s experience excellent.
• Adaptable & Flexible — Comfortable with changes and updates within the shop and able to adjust positively as needs arise.
• Self-Motivated — Once trained, able to recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without always being asked.
• Pride in Your Work — Takes ownership of responsibilities, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about maintaining a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable environment.
