COPD"COPD - Are You at Risk?" is the topic of November's Community Health Forum.
November is National COPD Awareness Month, an internationally-recognized
campaign of news and events held annually to enhance exposure around chronic
 obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

While an estimated 15 million Americans suffer from COPD, several additional
millions likely have COPD and don't even know it. But, with early diagnosis and
treatment, people with COPD can improve their quality of life and begin to
 breathe a little easier.
Elizabeth Moffett, Haggin Pulmonary Rehabilitation, will be presenting this program.
The November Community Health Forum is free to the public and lunch will be provided
by Little Caesars Pizza, our promotional partner for November.
