But\, with early diagnosis and\n\ntreatment\, people with COPD can improve their quality of life and begin to\n\nbreathe a little easier.\n\n Elizabeth Moffett\, Haggin Pulmonary Rehabilitation\, will be presenting this program. \n\nThe November Community Health Forum is free to the public and lunch will be provided\n\nby Little Caesars Pizza\, our promotional partner for November.
