Quality Control Technician (QC Tech)
Posted: 10/17/2025Earth Breeze is seeking a full-time Quality Control (QC) Technician to help ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of our products. We're hiring for one position on the day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and one position on the night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable. Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and thrives in both independent and collaborative work settings.
As a QC Technician reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for performing key quality checks, including viscosity, pH, stir plate, and moisture testing, as well as completing data entry, trend monitoring, and verification against product specifications. You’ll also play a key role in upholding safety protocols and production quality standards across our manufacturing operations.

Quality Testing & Monitoring

Perform and record quality control tests including viscosity, pH levels, stir plate/mixing assessments, and moisture content.

Conduct retention checks and log results accurately.

Identify and communicate any out-of-spec results, trends, or anomalies promptly.
Data Management

Accurately document and enter test results into logs, forms, and databases.

Track and identify production trends or shifts over time.
Collaboration & Communication

Partner with production team members to ensure parameters, specifications, and procedures are consistently met.

Clearly communicate any quality concerns or deviations from standard processes.

Participate in cross-functional meetings or updates as required.
Workplace Monitoring & Safety

Regularly monitor the production floor to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Verify that team members are wearing proper PPE and report any safety concerns or violations.

Reinforce company safety and hygiene policies as needed.

Experience:
You bring…

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or technical training in a related field preferred.

Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment (preferred, not required).

Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures and tools (training provided).

Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
