Join the Kentucky Arts Council for a public celebration of the wonderful world of the arts in the Commonwealth.
Arts Day in Kentucky 2014
Arts leaders, artists, the general public, and other supporters of the arts are invited to celebrate the arts and recognize the Kentucky General Assembly for its continued support of the arts in Kentucky.
The afternoon includes live performances by Performing Arts Directory artists:- Joe Hudson of Greenville.
- Roger Cooper of Garrison.
- Kentucky Wild Horse of Owenton.
- Kathy Conroy, scratchboard artist, of Pleasureville.
- Scott Gilbert and Beth Hester, basketmakers, of Scottsville.
- Lonnie and Twyla Money, folk artists, of East Bernstadt.
- Eva King, collage paintings, of Murray.
- Luthiers Doug Naselroad, of Winchester, and his apprentice Mike Slone, of Mousie.
