DESCRIPTION:In honor of National Travel & Tourism -the Harrodsburg/Mercer County Tourist Commission (HMCTC) will be hosting a "Kick-Off Celebration" at Diamond Point Welcome Center on Friday\, May 3\, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. to raise awareness of one of Mercer County's most important industries.  Throughout the 2-hour period\, hot dogs\, hamburgers\, Pepsi and cookies will be furnished and there will be guest seating on the front lawn.  In addition\, those in attendance can register for door prizes\, pick up giveaways\, browse the brochure racks in the lobby and view the interior of Diamond Point Welcome Center.
