DESCRIPTION:Mercer County Extension is sponsoring a Health Care Fair on Monday\, October 27\, 2014 from 11am-3pm.  This is the first day of open enrollment if your organization would like to take the opportunity to make contact with clientele that may have questions about health care\, please contact me to reserve your table.  Space is limited to 20 organizations.  First come\, first served.  The underlying focus for this event is Health Literacy including health insurance\, health systems (who do I see for what?)\, and health behavior (self-care).  There will be a special session "Super Foods" at 10am\, another special session for Consumers "You and Your Health Care Team" at 12noon\, and one final session for Health Care Professionals "Health Literacy: Strategies for Health Providers and Facilities" at 2pm.  Please consider participating as a vendor or sharing this information with other relevant agencies or consumers.
