Day one is all about Dock Diving and day two is all about Disc Skills.\n\nDock Training Summary:\n\n4 Sessions: 90 mins on drive building and dock strategies. 90 mins on distance. 90\n\nmins on HD or Speed games and 90 mins on AR or Jump and Grab games.\n\nDrive and dock strategies - strengthening the competence and confidence for the\n\ngame of dock through communication and play.\n\nDistance - Two sessions of 4 mins each for 10 teams. Unlimited auditing. Feedback on what's happening and problem solving. If you audit you can learn from what is said to the 9 teams.\n\nHD or Speed games - How to get started in the game and how to improve your times.\n\n5 mins x 15 teams. Unlimited Auditing\n\nAR or "Jump and Grab" games - for new or newer teams or problem solving. 8\n\nmins x 10 teams.
