DESCRIPTION:Do you have an interest in becoming a foster or adoptive parent in Kentucky? Join us for an informational meeting to learn what it means to foster for DCBS in your county! Did you know there are approximately 28 youth who are a part of a sibling group in Mercer County. However\, only 21 of those youth are able to be placed together. To learn more and begin the process of becoming an approved foster or adoptive home\, please find the attached training schedule for your region. If you would like to attend trainings outside of your region\, please contact your local DCBS office for additional training locations and dates. We look forward to meeting you and having the opportunity to tell you more about the types of children who need foster and adoptive homes in your community.
